In power yoga, you can look forward to various asanas (positions) from classical yoga. Power yoga has a positive effect on flexibility, strengthening the body and general well-being. Regular practice of yoga exercises also reduces stress and stimulates digestion.
Tip: Combining it with outdoor training is a great way to add even more variety to your training!
